About me

I can offer you a positive relationship based on acceptance and trust within a safe, confidential, non-judgemental, open and honest space. Within this space I will work with you to help and support you through your life journey no matter how difficult or painful.
I personalise my therapy approach to fit your needs as an individual. I use a person-centred way of working which means that you are seen as the expert and your thoughts, feelings and input are central to the therapeutic process.
Over the past 20 years I have worked in therapeutic services supporting people to make positive changes in their lives.
I believe that behaviour change is possible no matter who you are - we all have the ability to create change and positive growth if we are given the opportunity. I am passionate about supporting people to make changes and have witnessed time and time again that change is possible no matter how hopeless you may feel.
My fee is £50 for a 50 minute session. I offer face to face, online & telephone sessions.
